Ed. Though certainly good news, Constitutional Concealed Carry can create problems for state residents who wish to carry concealed in states other than their own. As a resident of Kentucky with a CC license, I can carry in Pennsylvania, Ohio and any state which recognizes my Ky. CC license. However, if I’m unable to acquire a CC license from my home state, my right to carry concealed elsewhere would be GONE!!
